Cultures and Civs for Wol Edit

What are Cultures? Edit

In Wol, because this mod has the most civs ever packed into one mod, and possibly, any aoe game out there, civs are categorized into cultures. Civs in each culture share many traits in common including, cards, buildings, units, age up system, techs, and the theme of the civ as a whole. The civs paired into a culture are either part of the same region (Ex: Europe), or the civs cultures share something in common in history (Ex:Anglo).
